The BIM model is divided into multiple pieces of work, or blocks, that make up a complex network. Each block is coded according to the construction sequence of the work, including the dependency relationships between them. Thanks to this network, we can identify critical blocks, that is, those that, by not executing on time, will generate delays in the schedule.

The Construction Sequence Diagrams contain all the coding of each floor or level of the building.

MEP Facilities Coding

Coding of MEP facilities is done only for the advanced plan. It refers to all the mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations that the work contains.

Coding consists of dividing by codes the different facilities, each identified by a color and code.

Masonry coding

The masonry coding is included in all plans. It consists of assigning each mason block a specific code and also establishing whether it is critical or not.

As a result of the coding, a report will be received detailing the code assigned to each block and, in yellow, those critical ones will be shown.

Structure coding

The coding of the structure is included in all plans. It consists of assigning each structural block a specific code and also establishing whether it is critical or not.

As a result of the coding, a report will be received detailing the code assigned to each block and, in yellow, those critical ones will be shown.
